The azaleas are out!

Spring must be here!  The Masters begins next week and our azaleas are out in preparation!  It looks stunning around here with all the cherry blossom too – it’s my favorite time of year here in Atlanta – not too hot, yet good flip flop and t-shirt weather.

I nipped into Target again on the way home from work – still umming and ahhing over the Fedora I tried on the other day.  Today I tried on a pink floppy hat – I love the idea of it – but I think at the very least I need long flowing locks beneath it to really pull it off like Ali MacGraw:)

Trousers – JCrew wool café capris (old) // Shirt – Zara (old) // Shoes – Zara // Bag – Alexander Wang Diego

So I ended up bringing the Fedora home and I love it!

T-shirt – Target (on sale $10!) // Jeans – Levi 501s // Flip flops – Havaianas // Hat – Target // Nail polish – Essie Avenue Maintain

I’m off out tonight with the bus stop Moms.  We rarely get more than 10 minutes to chat while waiting for the school bus so tonight I’ve got them all to meet up over a bottle of wine!  I can’t wait! What to wear?:)

I put on my flip flops today, too, but my feet were such a mess I held off wearing until a pedicure this weekend. Love your dressed down look. And I like the hat even without flowing locks. Would be great by the pool this summer.

Please do not post any more pics of sun hats and flip flops, it really is very depressing as we’re in snow boots and 5 layers
On the upside you rock! I love the hat! I can see that the pink one is good in theory and it doesn’t look bad on at all but really when would you wear it? Looked cute against the green trousers though!

You have 501’s! I’ve not had a pair since my teens. Love this chilled look – hope to be able to wear something similar at some point this year … not sure when as we are still in single digit temperatures. Love the fedora – I find hats really make an outfit stand out.

I love the pink floppy hat but then I have a ‘thang’ for them & I love the whole retro vibe they have! I love your blog too & its so fab to see the adventures of a fellow expat! I think I pulled the short straw with North Africa though! 😉 So wish we had Target too!! Andrea x

The thought of cherry blossoms and flip flops….we had snow flakes just yesterday (not enough to stay on the ground though)! The fedora is really chic on you!
