Sweater dress

Oooh how I love digging through my closet for knitwear and jumpers! I love Fall/Winter dressing far more than sundresses and shorts! I think there is more thought and planning that goes into an outfit that includes scarves, hats and boots – and I enjoy that process! These boots are now permanently fixed to my feet – they are so comfortable! The dress is an absolute bargain off ASOS. It fits on the bigger side – I am in a US 6 and it will also look great dressed casually with sneakers. I think it’s actually quite AllSaints – but then I think that of most knitwear in gray – my weakness!

That’s what I love doing the A/W wardrobe change over when you rediscover all your favourite woolies!! I prefer dressing for A/W too, I love pulling a whole look together from top to toe! Great sweater dress…I am off to scour ASOS as I haven’t got any day dresses that I could wear with boots so I have a wardrobe hole that needs filling! xx

I’m all about the layering right now too! Also, I don’t have to inflict my legs on the general public now that it’s colder. That can only be a good thing đŸ™‚

Love the boots. Charcoal and camel is my favourite colour combo right now, I think a pair of those would be right at home in my wardrobe!

It’s the planning I’m no good at Joanna – hence I prefer summer dressing when I can just throw on one layer with my jeans and not worry about how cold I’ll be! However, there is that certain comforting vibe about pulling out your old woollies and scarves once the weather turns! Had to give my boots a good clean and shake as a spider had made it’s home there! x
