I love doing collaborations with my friends especially when we all have such different styles. 5 of my blogging bffs and I recently worked together to showcase this fabulous bomber jacket from Next. It comes in red and grey and I picked the red – mainly because I have the grey Next biker jacket from last year. I didn’t really know what to expect so I was thrilled when I opened the package to find a lovely soft, lightweight, vivid red jacket. It’s as light as a sweatshirt so the perfect weight for a throw on here in Spring. Yes it was gifted – thank you Next – but that has not skewed my opinion – I really love it and would have paid money for it. Look how great all the other girls look too!

Many people steer clear of red thinking it is too bright or won’t go with much in their closet. I had fun prancing around the other day with different combinations to try and demonstrate how versatile red can be. My outfits are fairly neutral but red is also a great statement color to clash/colorblock with oranges, pinks and blues.

Love it with the Splendid jumpsuit and the leopard trews too. You’ve really made the red work for you and it really is such a lovely eyecatching red. After going through all the different posts, I’m definitely divided between which I prefer the grey or the red. Sometimes, it’s good to break out of your comfort zone!
And look at the weather where you are – you can even model shorts!
I love red Joanna, for it’s nautical nod and also for how well it works with leopard and snakeprint and you have proved that here. It also works so well on a brunette, my mum used to always dress me in red dresses as a child, what do you mean I’m not really a natural blonde? Looking good girl xx

You look fabulous…I struggled to pick which photo I liked best..definitely love the denim shorts as I seriously envy those gorgeous legs….but I think with the jumpsuit, it looks shamazing!! Looks fabulous – I’ve really enjoyed how you’ve all styled this – especially with the denim shorts. I think Next are regaining some of their old mojo lately and I’m so excited that I’ve got a leather jacket from them arriving tomorrow. Can you get Next in the US or do you have to wait until you are back visiting?
I have been so impressed with Next each time I go back to the UK. I LOVE my grey biker jacket from last year and my jersey harems. This jacket is slightly lighter and is perfect for throwing over a t-shirt. And yes Next ship EVERYWHERE! At the bottom of the UK site you can see all the different country sites so there is a US site just for us:)
I live in the US and ordered the grey bomber jacket the day the ladies posted their gorgeous outfits. I’m looking forward to getting it. This is my first Next purchase.
